Once students are admitted to BHCSI, they must confirm their participation by submitting the signed medical form, the Recreation and Wellness Center Release Form and the Rules of Conduct Contract (which will be made available to the student upon acceptance). To ensure participation, the applications should be submitted by April 25, 2008.

As soon as students finalize their travel arrangements to BHCSI 2008, they must contact the BHCSI staff to inform them about flight or other travel plans.

Check in for the BHCSI 2008 is from 1:00 to 5 pm on July 6th, 2008 on the first floor lobby of Flagler Hall (the residence hall for BHCSI).

Following check-in and registration, a welcome reception will be held in Flagler Hall at 5:00 pm, where residential students will have the opportunity to meet their peers, their RA's, the Undergraduate Teaching Assistants, and the BHCSI staff.
