DEADLINE
The deadline for applications is April 25, 2008.
Applications postmarked later than this date will only be considered
on a space available basis. Only a limited number of students
will be accepted in the program. Students will be notified in mid-may of their application status.
HOW TO APPLY
- Complete the application (Form
A).
- Print Form B
(School Recommendation), complete the top portion, and give
it to your high school guidance counselor (or another official
from your high school). After they complete it, ask them to
give it to you in a sealed, signed envelope, or ask them to
mail it directly to BHCSI. Make certain that the envelope
from your guidance counselor also includes a copy of your high
school transcript.
- Print Form C
(Mathematics Teacher Recommendation), complete the top part,
and give it to your Mathematics teacher. The recommendation
should be given to you in a signed, sealed envelope or can be
mailed directly to BHCSI.
- Return the completed application (Form A),
and the sealed envelopes containing the School Recommendation,
transcripts, test scores, and the Mathematics Teacher Recommendation
to:
